The position offers a base salary of $52,000.00 or higher depending on experience and responsibilities, with additional bonus opportunities.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating the sale of equipment such as two-way radios, dispatch consoles, public safety emergency lighting, consoles, and sirens. Experience with law enforcement communication equipment or a technical background is beneficial.

Essential duties include making service calls, visiting potential customers, scheduling overnight travel for trade shows, and possessing a valid driver’s license.

Knowledge required includes familiarity with equipment and services provided by Ka-Comm, applicable safety codes, and communication skills. Prior experience with public safety equipment is preferred.

Skills needed include operating a laptop with Quick Books, reading plans, establishing effective relationships, meeting schedules, maintaining records, and adhering to company policies.

Work environment involves indoor and outdoor settings, operating machinery, and driving a company vehicle. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, communicate effectively, and sustain a work schedule of up to 10 hours per day.

This is an entry-level, full-time position in the Sales and Business Development field within the Telecommunications industry.
