This role focuses on digital and omni performance advertising solutions within Walmart's Food business. You will develop high‑level relationships, negotiate complex opportunities, and provide holistic marketing solutions to strategic clients.

• Develop and broaden high‑level collaborative relationships, identify contacts managing multiple budgets, and close large joint business plans with Fortune 500 marketers.
• Create and present needs‑based solutions and high‑quality objective‑based opportunities to RFPs.
• Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals.
• Develop and actively manage short‑ and long‑term account plans based on client brand and performance marketing objectives.
• Partner with teammates and cross‑functional partners to execute operational and strategic initiatives, developing account plans and synthesizing market data.
• Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence executive and day‑to‑day contacts to execute against account plan.
• Collaborate with measurement partners to create a learning agenda and help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect’s measurement solutions.
• Accurately manage sales pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources.
• Serve as an industry thought leader in creative and digital advertising to drive creative and client success leveraging Walmart Connect’s product and technology developments.
• Exhibit executive presence and confidence when presenting Walmart Connect to CEOs and CMOs at Walmart and suppliers/marketers.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong track record of high‑level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
• Experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Performance Marketing, e‑Commerce Sales, Digital Video Sales, Retailtainment, Experiential Marketing, Online Advertising, and programmatic display/CTV sales.
• Experience managing client direct accounts and acting as a strategic advisor to C‑Level clients.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative selling.
• Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers, and consumers.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, curiosity, persistence, and structured problem‑solving.
• Experience in a fast‑paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.

• Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.

• 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition, search, mobile, or online sales.

• 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.

• 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.

• 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C‑suite clients.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
