lösen The New Home Consultant is responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, aiming to create a “tickled, delighted and happy” customer. This includes daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans. Responsibilities
  • Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy.
  • Generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and provide consistent follow‑through from initial contact to post‑closing.
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
  • Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer գҽervice skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. The role involves office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, on uneven Dak surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver’s license to transport customers and visit realtor offices. Finger dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.

Must성과 be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
