Onsite Requirements: Hybrid - onsite at Walmart office 2-3 days/week

.

In this role, you will drive new business through direct client engagement, strategic territory planning, and selling our digital and IT services. You will serve as the primary point of contact, building lasting, trust-based relationships with enterprise leaders and aligning Randstad Digital’s capabilities—cloud & infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering to transform client operations and exceed revenue goals.

• Strategic Growth & Market Positioning: Analyze market trends, leverage industry expertise, and strategically position Randstad Digital to maximize growth potential within key segments.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Brand Randstad Digital accurately as the world’s leading partner for talent through relationships.
• Consultative & Thought Leadership: Leverage your industry knowledge, experience, and thought leadership to envision how technology can transform our customer’s business to drive higher levels of customer experience and engagement.
• Industry Consulting: Serve as an expert business consultant within an industry segment.
• Account Optimization: Optimize & amplify current relationships by actively engaging with clients as their primary point of contact.
• Digital Transformation Driver: Exploit Randstad Digital’s existing strengths to be recognized as the primary driver of digital transformation in the areas of cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.
• Integrated Delivery: Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.
• Executive Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with your client at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account.
• Commercial Execution: Lead the execution of new agreements aimed at surpassing revenue and margin expectations.

• 3 years of selling technical products.
• IT Services & Staffing: Prior IT professional services and staffing selling experience.
• Enterprise Account Scale: Hands‑on experience supporting large, enterprise clients similar to the size and complexity of Walmart, along with a proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
• Executive Relationships & BD: Ability to develop and maintain strong executive client relationships founded on principles of integrity, with a willingness to perform business development into new relationships as well as maintain existing client contacts.
• Drive & Resilience: Thrives in a high pace and demanding environment, is highly competitive, and has a history of out performance.
• Core Competencies: Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and influence, along with strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.

• Primary Preference: Prior Walmart experience.
• Secondary Preference: Prior Retail & CPG experience.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
