Staff Engineer - Full Stack (.NET & React)

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud‑enabled applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, C#, React, SQL and Azure services
, with exposure to Power Apps, Dataverse, or Power Automate as a plus. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Develop highly scalable backend services using .NET Core, C#, Web API, and modern architectural patterns.
• Build responsive and interactive front‑end applications using React, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML, and CSS.
• Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries and data access layers using SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
• Deploy and maintain solutions on Azure, leveraging services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, and related cloud components.
• Implement unit and integration testing using frameworks like xUnit or NUnit and perform API testing using Postman.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using Azure Dev Ops, Git, and Docker.
• Nice to have:
  Build low‑code solutions or integrations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development.
• Backend: .NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ.
• Frontend:
  React.js, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, CSS.
• Database: SQL Server, database design, query optimization.
• Azure Cloud:
  App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights.
• Dev Ops:
  Azure Dev Ops, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker.
• Testing: xUnit, NUnit, Postman, integration testing.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and application performance optimization.

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Familiarity with event‑driven architectures or modern messaging patterns.

• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code.
