As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll spend your days translating requirements into solutions, writing code, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing us with the insights necessary to think beyond the status quo. You’ll oversee small project teams consisting of other engineers who will look to you as a trusted advisor, a subject matter expert who provides guidance and the right tools to get the job done.
you'll do
- Translate requirements into project parameters and work with agility from cradle to grave.
- Help cross-functional teams solve for business problems and develop solutions that enable us to redefine a “best-in-class” customer experience.
- Encourage the project teams you oversee to work collaboratively and aim for insight-driven outcomes.
- Effectively translate requirements into solutions, write clean, maintainable code and provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Development tools:
Eclipse, Spring STS, Jet Brains, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Grunt, SVN, TFS, Tomcat, Weblogic, etc. - Programming:
Java, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, C/C++, NodeJS, Python. - Cloud experience:
Kubernetes, Docker, Open Shift, microservices architectures (REST), event-based architecture (JMS, Kafka, Active MQ, etc.), stream technologies (Storm, Spark, etc.). - Design and maintain robust data pipelines to support ETL processes, ensuring reliable data transformation and delivery across platforms. Databases: relational (Maria, MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, Informix), No
SQL document storage (Cosmos, Mongo, etc.). - Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying test automation solutions at scale.
- Apply system design principles to architect resilient, high-performance solutions, and contribute to generative AI and agent-based systems that enhance automation and intelligence in software delivery.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
Option 1:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
