The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with proven leadership ability to guide a team of full-stack developers in delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. You will lead a high-performing software engineering team in designing, building, and integrating solutions that achieve business goals and deliver measurable value. Leveraging your deep development experience, you will provide leadership on technical strategy, application architecture, and cloud-based software solutions.

Strategic Leadership

Partner with business leaders to design strategies, streamline workflows, and automate processes.

• Influence executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and clear recommendations.

Technical Excellence

Who we are looking for

Qualifications required for your success

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 15+ years of experience (or 20+ years equivalent professional experience) in software development with demonstrated leadership.
• Deep knowledge of engineering principles, design patterns, and industry best practices.
• Full-stack development expertise with JavaScript, React, Nest.js, Node.js, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong background in relational and No
  
  SQL databases (Mongo
  
  DB, Postgres, MySQL, Big Query, MS SQL, Azure Data Lake).
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of real-time stream processing (Pub/Sub, Redis, Cloud Functions).
• Experience with cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with accounting, tax, multi-entity, and investment systems.
• Knowledge of BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Proven ability to manage PII and consolidate data for reporting.
