What you'll do:

• Defineandexecutethe Simulation Engine ’sproductvisionandroadmap.
• Translatefulfillmentchallengesintoscalablesimulation,optimization,experimentation,and decision-intelligence capabilities.
• AdvanceAI-assistedandagenticworkflowsforscenariogeneration,evaluation,recommendations,and experimentation.
• PartnerwithengineeringonAPIs,data contracts,integrations,scalability,reliability,observability,and governance.
• CollaboratewithdatascienceandAIteamsonsimulation,optimization,forecasting,causal analysis,andagent-baseddecisioning.
• Prioritize high-valuefulfillmentandplanningusecases.
• Establishmetricsforaccuracy,cost,reliability,adoption,and resilience.
• Applymodernproduct-managementpracticestoacceleratedeliveryandadoption.
• Communicate strategy,risks,tradeoffs,progress,andmeasurablebusinessimpact.

What you'll bring:

• Bring
  10+yearsofexperienceacrossengineering,support,product development,andtechnicalconsulting.
• Holdabachelor’sormaster’sdegreeincomputerscience,statistics,engineering,orarelatedfield.
• Leadcomplextechnicalproducts,enterprise platforms,anddata-drivencapabilitiesatscale.
• Translatecustomerandbusinessneedsintoscalableproductstrategiesandroadmaps.
• Partnereffectivelywithengineering,data science,product,andbusinessteams.
• Applyknowledgeofsupply-chain optimization,fulfillment systems,experimentation,causal analysis,ordecisionintelligence.
• Influenceseniorleaders,navigate ambiguity,andaligncross-functional stakeholders.
• Definesuccessthroughcustomer,operational,financial,reliability,andadoptionmetrics.
