• Defineanddrivethestrategicarchitectureofenterprisepayrollsolutions,ensuring scalability,compliance,security,andoperationalresilienceacrosslarge-scaleUSpayrolloperations.
• Leadthedesignandimplementationofcorepayrollcapabilitiesincludingpayrollprocessing,retroactive accounting,taxation,garnishments,benefits deductions,time integration,off-cycle payments,andyear-end processing.
• ArchitectsolutionsthatsupportcomplexUSpayrollrequirements.

• DeeptechnicalexpertiseinABAP,ABAPHR,ABAPOO,CDSViews,AMDP,ODataServices,Enhancements,Forms,Interfaces,Workflow,andSAPIntegrationtechnologies.
• Provenexperienceindesigningandbuildingscalable,high-performanceapplicationsandintegrationsacrossSAPandnon-SAP platforms.
• ExperienceintoolssuchasEPI-USE Variance
  
  Monitor,andotherSOLMAN/ALMTools.
• ExperienceintegratingSAPsolutionswithenterpriseplatformssuchas
