Role Overview We are seeking curious, ambitious, and outcome-focused engineers with a product mindset for a high-visibility initiative. This role involves building and deploying production-ready, AI-powered services using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering tangible results and solving practical problems. This role has potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy production-ready, AI-powered services using Generative AI.Serve as a backend engineer on the GenAI stack.

Focus on delivering outcomes and tangible results rather than just output.

Demonstrate a product-oriented mindset by understanding and explaining the business case behind technical work.

Engage in unit and functional testing to ensure code quality.

Collaborate effectively with the team and articulate technical concepts.

Required Qualifications

Experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Proficiency in unit and functional testing.

Strong communication skills for effective team interaction.

Preferred Qualifications Full-stack experience, specifically with React.

Experience coding with AI.Experience from a product-focused company.
