What you'll do:
- Ensurehighavailabilityoffulfillmentsystemssupportingpickupanddelivery
- Reduceorderfailures,delays,and customer-impactingissues
- Improveoperationalefficiencythroughautomationandproactivemonitoring
- Enableseamlesscoordinationbetweensystemshandlingorders,inventory,andlast-miledelivery
- OwnL2/L3productionsupportforonlinefulfillmentsystems,includingordermanagement,pickup,anddeliveryworkflows
- Performdeeprootcauseanalysis(RCA) andpartnerwithengineeringteamstoimplementpermanentfixes
- Analyzeproductionissuesatcode,infrastructure,anddatalevelstoidentifyfailurepatternsandsystemicgaps
- Support high-availability systems,ensuringminimaldowntimeandrapidrecovery(lowMTTR)
- Participateinon-callrotationsandhandlehigh-severityincidentsinafast-paced environment
- 5+Yearsof Full Stack Software Development
- 8–10+yearsofexperienceinsoftwareengineeringwithstrongexposuretoproductionsupport/SRE/Dev Ops environments
- Strong problem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytodebugcomplexdistributedsystemsunderpressure
- Abilitytoanticipatefailurescenariosandproactivelyimplementpreventivesolutions
- Excellentcommunicationskillstoworkeffectivelywithcross-functionalandglobalteams
- Highownershipmindsetwiththeabilitytobalancesupportanddevelopmentresponsibilities
- Strongfocusoncustomerexperience,systemuptime,andoperationalexcellence
- Provenexperiencesupportinghigh-scale,customer-facing applications,preferablyineCommerceorfulfillmentdomains
- Hands-onexpertiseinincidentmanagementandproductiontroubleshooting
