Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by Health Fitness, is looking for Group Class Instructors to join the fitness team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas (AR).

This is an on-call/substitute position working on an as needed basis when regular instructors are unable to teach.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $25 - $28/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
