** About the role
** Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by Health Fitness, is looking for a
** Tennis Instructor
** to join the team at our state-of-the-art facility in
** Bentonville, Arkansas** (AR).Professionally design and teach high quality individual/group racquet lessons to children and/or adults of varying abilities while providing a fun, engaging playing environment that addresses the skill level of the students. Minor court/ equipment maintenance, preparation/breakdown of equipment for events.
** Key Accountabilities
*** Design and teach individual and group racquet lessons.
* Provide minor court/ equipment maintenance, preparation/breakdown of badminton equipment for events.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Minimum Requirements
*** Must be at least 18 years old.
* 1+ years racquet sports teaching experience with children and/or adults required.
* Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute or National Safety Council required prior to start date.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Start/complete lessons in a timely manner.
* Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
* Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.
* Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
* Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with all business units.  Ensure students/players adhere to HF safety guidelines and demonstrate good sportsmanship.

Compensation: $15.45 - $46.35/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
