Compensation includes maximum $0.74/mile and minimum $0.52/mile, plus $75 for each clean DOT inspection and average weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,850. A true team sign-on bonus of $8,000 ($4,000 per driver) applies under specified conditions. Benefits follow after probation.
