Berea College seeks a temporary Hall Director to lead a residence hall, support student engagement, and enforce campus policies. This live-in role reports to an Assistant Director of Residential Education and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Six-month term ending no later than June 30, 2027, with a focus on inclusive residential communities and student well-being. Requires a bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred, and experience in higher education or student affairs is desirable.
