What you will do:

* Oversee all aspects of production, including manufacturing, packaging, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and deliver products that meet quality standards and customer requirements.
* Monitor and manage cost center budgets, identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings, and strategic investments in technology and process improvements.
* Develop and execute short- and long-term workforce and capital plans to support operational growth and sustainability.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and promote a culture of excellence.
* Level II & III (in addition to the above):
** Set operational priorities to meet both short- and long-term business goals.
* Prepare, monitor, and manage departmental expense budgets to achieve financial and operational targets.
* Drive strategic initiatives that position the operation as a world-class, cost-effective production environment.

What you will need:

* Level I:
** Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
* 5+ years of progressive experience leading teams and projects of significant size and scope.
* Level II:
** Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
* 7+ years of operations and management experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
* Level III:
** Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
* 8+ years of operations and management experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Skills, Experience & Abilities
* ** Operations Leadership**:
Strong foundation in production management, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational safety
* ** Continuous Improvement**:
Experience implementing or leading Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement initiatives.
* ** Team Development**:
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams.
* ** Business Strategy**:
Skilled at aligning operations with organizational goals to achieve long-term growth and efficiency.
* ** Technical Proficiency**:
Proficient in data analysis, production systems, and standard business software.
