In this role, you will manage key customer accounts, serve as the link between customers, Sales, and Operational Care, and help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence. This is an internal opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to expand their impact and take on greater ownership within the business.

Act as the operational lead for key import customers, ensuring a seamless experience while balancing service excellence, commercial objectives, and process efficiency.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer needs and operational challenges.
• Strengthen customer partnerships through proactive communication and strategic support.
• Lead pricing activities, spot quote management, and commercial opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence through data accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Support digital adoption and automation initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to financial performance by monitoring profitability, risk exposure, and account health.

We're looking for a customer-focused freight forwarding professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

• Experience in freight forwarding, preferably Sea Logistics Imports
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Financial awareness and commercial mindset
