THE CLEVELAND BROWNS AND LEGENDS GLOBAL

The Cleveland Browns and Legends have an expansive partnership to support all aspects of the New Huntington Bank Field project including market analysis, product design and development, data and analytics strategy, and holistic revenue generation across partnerships, ticketing and suites sales. Legends is proud to support and represent the Browns during this historic moment in Northeast Ohio.

THE ROLE

As the graphic designer, you will be a key player within our Legends Global Partnerships Team on the Cleveland Browns new Huntington Bank Field project, responsible for driving the management of creative initiatives, design projects, and content development. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the partnership sales and corporate teams, ensuring our creative endeavors align seamlessly with overarching business objectives.

Your expertise will be pivotal in generating innovative and impactful creative solutions tailored specifically for our partners. With top‑notch design skills and a keen eye for detail, you will set the standard for excellence, ensuring that every aspect of our creative output meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Concept and design a wide variety of graphics forwebsite, salesapplication, partner pitches, salescenterand otherdigital marketing channels.
  • Think “outside the box”togenerateinnovativegraphiccontent totell theNew Huntington Bank Field sales storyin a dynamic way.
  • Ensure projects stay on track by handling multiple moving pieces simultaneously from origin to execution.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with changing priorities.
  • Communicate directly with partnerships executives, project‑based teams, and internal teams to ensure the brand guidelines are met in all collateral representing Legends and our clients.
  • Manage relationships with internal and third‑party vendors and resources.
  • Work with Creative Director on other content needed for projects, such as outreach campaigns, one‑sheeters, micro‑sites, video production, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree with major coursework in Digital Art & Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a closely related field.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on MAC; specifically, Photoshop,Illustrator and InDesign – experience with After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge in digital best practices, layoutdesignand typography
  • Advanced understanding of digital formats across screen sizes and devices.
  • Excellent interpersonal,verbaland written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Self‑motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail
