Customer Service Representative

Master Printing + Mailing - a full service commercial print and direct mail company - is looking for a proactive, outgoing, and friendly individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you'll provide customers with product information, suggest products to customers that will meet their marketing needs, answer customer questions, place customer orders, help ensure customers are satisfied with products, services and their overall experience.

Ideal Candidate

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive attitude, friendly, outgoing and the desire to help others is a MUST.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• The ability to be professional, both in attitude and appearance.
• Advanced knowledge of digital technology (computers, copiers, scanners) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs (Word & Excel)
• Experience with Quickbooks Online and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, take the initiative and follow through on commitments.
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail required.
• The ability to work overtime when needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
