Position Overview

As a Personal Banker in our Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Berea, OH at the Baker-Bagley branch.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound interactions, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Provide a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions, educating customers on managing financial transactions through technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss, while participating in daily branch operations.

  Candidates will be subject to additional background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $57,500.00 (incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance).
