What You’ll Do
- Recruit, train, and manage a top-tier canvassing team
- Be out in the field daily, knocking doors, coaching reps, and setting the pace
- Drive your team to generate qualified leads for free in-home design consultations
- Motivate, mentor, and inspire your team to smash daily and weekly goals
- Track KPIs and performance while growing your territory and team size

- Proven field leadership in canvassing, lead generation, or door-to-door sales
- Strong recruiter and trainer who knows how to build winning teams
- Competitive, driven, and obsessed with crushing goals
- Loves being in the trenches with their team every day
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays to maximize results
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensation
- Base Pay + Team Overrides + Performance Bonuses
- Average earnings: $80K – $120K+
