1st Shift CNC Swiss Operator - Pay Starts at $30.00/hour + $5,000 sign on bonus
1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM. Up to $5,000 sign on bonus for new hires. Eligible for quarterly bonuses. Pay starts at $30/hour.
The Job:
As a CNC Swiss Operator, you’ll be part of our Berea, Ohio team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Setup and operate CNC Swiss machines
- Control and adjust machine settings
- Load tooling and material
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machine and bar‑feeder malfunctions
- Collect statistical process control (SPC) data for part runs
- Maintain calibrated gauge logs
The Person:
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. You also have:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Swiss machine operator
- Working knowledge of measurement tools and equipment (caliper, micrometer, comparators, etc.)
- Understanding and interpreting GD&T code
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Perform machine preventive maintenance
