** The CNC Process Specialist supports daily production by coordinating schedules, preparing tooling and job kits, and ensuring machining processes meet quality and engineering standards. This role works closely with Supervisors, Engineering, and Operators to optimize workflow, enhance efficiency, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment. The CNC Process Specialist also assists with setups, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the CNC department.
