We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family‑focused care. This is a great opportunity for an LPN or RN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $40 an hour for RNs.

Typical schedule:

full-time nights, 7 pm – 7:30 am.

• Schedule 1 & 2:
  Week 1 — Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Week 2 — Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Schedule 3:
  Week 1 — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2 — Sunday, Monday, Friday

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
