Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time PREP COOK position at Cleveland Browns - 76 Groza Boulevard, Berea, OH 44017.

Schedule:

Full time; days and hours may vary, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, nights, and holidays. More details upon interview. Pay range: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Location:

Cleveland Browns, Berea, OH 44017. This role requires previous prep cooking/cooking experience.

This job posting is part of the Flik Hospitality Group operations.

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets; tastes items to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, reports, and logs as required; follows health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short preparation times; serves customers efficiently and courteously.
• Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous prep cooking/cooking experience is required.
