Overview

Retail Associate Manager BEREA | W Bagley Rd — RAM role within Arch Telecom’s retail team. RAMs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around products and services, focus on customer needs, build relationships, and help develop required skills with the Retail Store Manager in all operational duties. This is a learning role where you will work with your team to build skills and assist in store operations.

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise
• Assist Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching

• Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, including demonstrating:

• How our coverage compares in the customer’s neighborhood and the LTE network
• Why plans and services help customers stay connected
• How wireless products and services are designed and troubleshooted

Complete training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, system knowledge, and reference resources.

• Leadership
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to lead a team, share best practices, while serving customers and resolving issues
• Effectiveness with operational, financial and performance management
• Amazing communication skills with team and customers
• Prior wireless sales experience

• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods

• Reliable transportation
• Full-time (40 hours)
