Experienced Collision Technician

Our shop is growing fast! Join the largest volume Collision Centers in Ohio at our new 50,000 square foot facility, soon to be completed. Currently producing over 6,000 flat rate hours per month, we are seeking 2 experienced Collision Center Technicians to join our team. Ideal candidates will have collision center experience, including sectioning/frame work, and a strong background in collision repair.

This is a flat rate position with pay based on experience, with technicians capable of working 80-120 hours weekly.

Responsibilities include repairing damaged parts, communicating with the parts department, and documenting all repairs.

Between $90,000 and $160,000 annually, depending on experience and skill level.

• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Communicate repair status to the body shop manager
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs and materials used
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including hazardous waste disposal

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Collision center experience is required
• Dealership experience preferred but not mandatory
• Vocational training is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
