Contribute to PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) documentation
Develop visual presentations, color swatches, and creative layouts
Manage benchmark product archives and competitors sample coordination
Provide support to other departments in technical consultancy
Provide technical support as Makeup Artists and contributing to the definition of textures
Support backstage fashion shows, photoshoots, and special events.
What you will need to succeed
Solid experience (4+ years) in colour development, product development, or make‑up artistry within the beauty industry.
Make‑up artistry expertise is highly desirable.
Proven ability to translate trends, seasonal moods, and creative direction into strategic shade concepts and product opportunities.
Experience working with suppliers, labs, and Product/Portfolio teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Proficiency with PLM systems, shade documentation, and product lifecycle workflows is preferred.
Ability to produce clear and compelling visual presentations, color layouts, and swatch materials.
Strong understanding of the beauty market landscape, competitor dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

A highly creative yet structured mindset, capable of balancing artistry with strategic thinking.
