Reporting

Reports to:

Chapter Lead.
Responsibilities   Collaborating with global specialists to support innovation strategies.
Developing technical frameworks for emerging technologies in energy transition and industrial decarbonization.
Conducting feasibility studies and benchmarking technologies.
Evaluating projects and supporting collaboration with academia and internal teams.
Working in an agile, hybrid environment and building relationships across the innovation ecosystem.
Qualifications   5+ years of industrial R&D experience.
Degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline (Energy Systems, Electrical Engineering).
Strong communication skills in English.

Experience with research collaborations, particularly with academia.
Knowledge of energy systems, power electronics, microgrids, and emerging fuel technologies is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20‑30% of the time.
