Regional Service Quality Specialist – CS​/Logistic

Regional Service Quality Specialist – CS / Logistic  Accountable for the local Customer Complaint Resolution Process for service quality related matters (Failure modes like short/wrong shipment, damaged packaging or label issues). Responsible for analyzing and driving process improvements impacting the service quality result. This includes coordination with all internal and external functions involved in supporting the quality of service.
Responsibilities   Key contributor to the execution of the Momentive Global Quality Strategy for customer-facing objectives.
Work with business and functional teams to improve the process execution in line with service quality standards.
Handling customer complaints and quality-related customer inquiries to ensure a Focus on the Customer Culture across all functional departments supporting these processes.
Responsible for Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) and SAP transactions associated with service quality complaints.
Follow up on compliance of day to day processes with service quality standards.
Qualifications   3-5 years of experience in logistics/ customer service day to day business
Fluent in English
Demonstrate an effective communication style that builds relationships and positively impacts outcomes and decisions.
Proven ability to teach, train and motivate others in the organization
Problem-solving skills
Knowledge in data analysis using Excel and Minitab.
Ability to note trends in data and identify improvements options to ensure customer satisfaction.
Proven strong customer advocate
SAP knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred   Silicone product/application knowledge preferred
Six Sigma knowledge (e.g. White Belt)

What We Offer   Base Pay Range: €50.600 - €74.140
Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location. Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Where applicable country-specific salary ranges will be communicated during the hiring process based on local pay transparency regulations.
This role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation. Any such incentives are governed by the terms of the Company’s applicable plans and are based on company performance and/or individual performance.
