Zintri in Bergen op Zoom zoekt een begeleider voor beschermd wonen, met als doel cliënten te ondersteunen in hun zelfstandigheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zorgproces en helpt cliënten hun leven weer vorm te geven.
De ideale kandidaat heeft een HBO-diploma en ervaring binnen de GGZ, en is in staat om analytisch te denken. Zintri biedt een contract van 28-32 uur per week en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden conform CAO GGZ.
