Specialist Ophthalmology

A vacancy as a staff specialist/consultant in ophthalmology is open ialist outpatient clinic at a University Hospital in Norway. The specialist outpatient clinic is composed of various disciplines; ophthalmology, dermatology, neurology, rheumatology and otorhinolaryngology. Tasks:
Examination and treatment of children and adults with eye diseases Injection treatment for retinal diseases Argon laser treatment of eye diseases The candidate will be expected to:
Have good work capacity and a desire to work Have the ability to work well in small teams Argon laser treatment of eye diseases Be positive in finding new ways to operate the specialist outpatient clinic. The goal is to constantly improve patient care. Work well with other departments Hospital 2: A vacancy as a staff specialist/consultant halmology outpatient clinic is open at a public hospital in Norway.

The hospital is divided into several divisions. The division w the doctor will be placed treats approx. 150 000 patients annually, and has about 1 600 employees. The ophthalmology departments are administratively merged. Both departments have great operative and outpatient clinic, a good professional level, suitable equipment and a good working environment. The candidate will be placed in the outpatient clinic, which has 4 consultants and one junior doctor.

Requirements:

Specialist exam in ophthalmology. Experience as an ophthalmologist.
