You will work directly with clients in their homes, delivering essential support and fostering independence.

• Implement individualized service plans tailored to children and adolescents.
• Provide behavioral interventions in a home setting and actively manage youth with behavioral challenges.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment, developing and initiating safety standards and instructing youth on positive behavioral practices.
• Monitor and document observations of youth behavior, allowing for necessary modifications to daily activities aligned with therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement engaging recreational activities that support the emotional and social growth of the youth you care for.

• Background in teaching or working with children and adolescents, ensuring effective implementation of positive behavioral support plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining collaborative working relationships with families and professionals in the field.
• Thorough understanding of developmental and intellectual disabilities and exceptional time management abilities to balance multiple responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree with one year of work experience or a High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of supervised experience in implementing positive behavior support plans.
