- Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service and cleanliness.
- Key responsibilities:
planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing standards, ensuring safety and security, managing profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and supporting departmental goals. - Previous leadership experience is preferred; preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Must be 18 years or older. Flexibility and passion for a fast‑paced environment are required.
