In-Home Sales Representative – Industry High Commission
Future Remodeling is seeking driven, results‑oriented In‑Home Sales Consultants ready to take their careers to new heights. This role offers an industry‑leading commission structure with uncapped earning potential and limitless career growth.
What You’ll Do- Perform consultative in‑home presentations using company‑provided leads and self‑generated appointments, demonstrating the “One‑Call Close” technique.
- Develop relationships with qualified prospective and existing customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Attend weekly company, team, and development meetings designed to keep you informed, motivated, and continuously improving.
- Maximize earning potential by leveraging outbound marketing techniques such as canvassing, networking events, and social networking to expand reach and generate new leads.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- 1–5 years of sales experience; construction/home services related is preferred.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented with a desire for excellence.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to retain extensive information.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
- Confidence and articulate in public speaking.
- Ability to persevere through rejection and turn it into growth.
- BA/BS preferred but not required.
- Industry‑leading, uncapped commission structure.
- Average first‑year earnings: $75,000 – $175,000.
- Top performers earning $150,000 – $300,000+.
