• Perform consultative in‑home presentations using company‑provided leads and self‑generated appointments, demonstrating the “One‑Call Close” technique.
• Develop relationships with qualified prospective and existing customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Attend weekly company, team, and development meetings designed to keep you informed, motivated, and continuously improving.
• Maximize earning potential by leveraging outbound marketing techniques such as canvassing, networking events, and social networking to expand reach and generate new leads.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–5 years of sales experience; construction/home services related is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented with a desire for excellence.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to retain extensive information.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
• Confidence and articulate in public speaking.
• Ability to persevere through rejection and turn it into growth.
• BA/BS preferred but not required.
