Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) invites applications for an Executive Assistant supporting the Sales Leader of HPE Financial Services. This early career, US‑based hybrid role is located in our Berkeley Heights, NJ office, with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Seeking an Executive Assistant for Sales Leader Support and Administration for HPE Financial Services.
Responsibilities- Assist supervisory and non‑supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.
- Perform tasks such as records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with cost center budgets, scheduling meetings and calendar maintenance for one or more employees, preparing expense reports, preparing or editing presentations, making travel arrangements, greeting or escorting visitors, assisting new employees, and other established general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate work within the work unit and with other work units or departments, both internal and possibly external to the company.
- May assist in supporting the general administrative work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Typically requires 3+ years general administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and college‑level education.
- Financial services background preferred.
