Role:
Business analyst with card processing or card disputes exp
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ and Alpharetta, GA (100% Onsite )
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain:
- --- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- --- Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
- --- User Stories and Epics
- --- Use Cases
- --- Process Flow Diagrams
- --- Data Mapping Documents
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
- Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
