Practice Overview

• You'll join a collegial GI team of 7 physicians, 4 APPs, and robust clinical support staff
• Primarily general GI with opportunity to focus on gastric disorders
• Endoscopic procedures are performed at two ambulatory surgery centers, including one on-site
• Call is shared evenly, expected to be approximately 1:7, with inpatient work at a nearby hospital just 10 to 12 minutes away

Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 2 days weekly dedicated to procedures; the remaining time is clinic-based
• Clinic volume averages 15 patients per day, including 5 to 7 new visits
• Practice located in a multi-specialty hub with on-site infusion, imaging, and lab services

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary in the $475,000 to $550,000 range, with RVU-based productivity upside that begins day one; total earning potential of $800,000+
• Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and retention bonus offered
