Solstice is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid schedule. You will lead the Commercial FP&A team, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting, forecasting, monthly close, and AOP, partnering with business leaders to consolidate performance across lines of business.
You will develop and coach team members, strengthen analytical and communication skills, and drive forecast accuracy while collaborating with the ESM CFO and cross-functional partners.
