. The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Berkeley Heights is looking for a PTA to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. You will be part of a collaborative team delivering individualized patient care.

• Implement care and interventions to improve patients’ mobility, including treatment through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Provide exercise instruction, demonstrate empathy, document treatment outcomes, and contribute to patient progress and well-being.

• Active state PTA license is required.
• Full-time availability; flexibility for PRN at multiple locations if offered.
