Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Clinician in Training to join our center-based pediatric therapy teams in New Jersey. This entry-level Behavior Analyst role pairs you with an experienced BCBA mentor to accelerate client progress through a structured CiT Training sequence.
You will share a caseload, support assessment and programming tasks, and participate in parent meetings and data tracking as you progress through three training phases, in a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm framework.
