Position:
Business System Analyst (Only Fintech, Payment Industry)

• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis – Identifies stakeholders and facilitates discussions or workshops with the purpose of eliciting and understanding stakeholder needs, requirements, and priorities.
• Further develops features and requirements into a fully-formed project vision that describes the needs, features, constraints, and scope of a project.
• Identifies User Stories and Use Cases that describe the scope of the project. Works with development teams to continue to define requirements into meaningful delivery units.
• Creates Product Design. Documents the software specifications completely and unambiguously, satisfying the needs of development, quality assurance, and other internal customers and stakeholders.
• Creates and maintains features and requirements.
• Participates in Acceptance Testing tasks to confirm that the coded product successfully implements the software specifications.
• Meeting Facilitation – Identifies appropriate participants and manages meeting planning and logistics.

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Version One, or Rally.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or enterprise software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.
• Strong organizational skills.
