Sr Project​/Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project / Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of strategic programs. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects while aligning outcomes with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget, excels at navigating ambiguity, and drives continuous improvement across processes and teams.

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, success metrics, and timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and schedules
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests across multiple initiatives

• Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate executive-level status reviews and decision-making forums
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and proactively
• Align stakeholders on priorities, expectations, and outcomes
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Track resource allocation and capacity across teams
• Ensure effective vendor and third-party management when applicable

• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and best practices
• Drive standardization of project management methodologies and tools
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor project managers and team members
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture
• Influence without authority in matrixed organizations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in project and/or program management
• Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, resolve conflicts, and drive results

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
• Experience in Technology /Fintech / Finance / Banking
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
