• Design and support large database migration strategy.
• Document standard operational procedures

  Experience:
  
  3+ years working as a SQL Server DBA in an enterprise environment, with hands-on experience across versions 2012–2022.
• Database Design & Implementation: Expertise in server partition design, SQL Server HA/DR solutions (Always On, replication, mirroring, log shipping), and large database migration strategies.
• SQL Server Upgrades & Backup: Experience with SQL in-place upgrades on both VM and physical servers, as well as managing backup processes and procedures.
• Capacity Planning & Performance: Knowledge of database capacity planning and optimization.
• Communication & Documentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to document standard operational procedures and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or information technology or equivalent work experience
