IAM Okta Technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area (Master's degree preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in Systems and Information Security administration.
• 3 + years’ experience with designing, implementing, and managing Okta.
• 5 + years’ experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions.
• Hands-on technical expertise implementing Okta IAM solution including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless, and Adaptive Security modules.
• Experience integrating Okta with systems like Workday is strongly desired.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills required.
• People management experience leading IAM engineers and product owners.
• Strong IT background and in-depth Identity and Access Management knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting system failures, identifying root cause, fixing issues, and ensuring the availability and integrity of systems.
• Experience managing large-scale Identity and Access Management solutions and operations.
• Experience developing large-scale Identity and Access Management programs and governance.
• Experience with IT Security and related technologies (e.g. IGA, SSO, ADFS, MFA, etc.).
• Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external teams and vendors.
• Excellent understanding of IT security and risk management, strategic planning, and related tactical initiatives.
• Thorough understanding of Information Security frameworks and best practices (e.g. HIPAA, PCI, SOX, ISO, NIST).
