SME Product Analyst (Credit Card)
Location:
Berkeley Heights, NJ (3 Days) and Princeton, NJ (2 Days) (based on client schedule)
Credit Card Domain.
Qualifications- 15+ years of credit card and payments experience in the banking industry
- 10+ years of experience in the end‑to‑end lifecycle of a Credit Card issuer
- Expertise in card application, account management, credit & terms, rewards & benefits, payment processing, billing and collection
- Expertise in monetary processing, non‑monetary processing, Credit Bureau Processing, re‑issuance, month‑end processing
- Experience in payments, rewards, rules processing, configurations, and reporting
- Experience in regulatory compliance related to interest rates and cardholder data
- Working knowledge of the credit card issuer lifecycle for businesses, merchants, and financial institutions
- Good to have knowledge of BIAN methodology & standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and automation requirements.
- Demonstrate and articulate functional implementation of card development projects.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to define and document detailed business requirements, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from business users and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that automation solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end‑users and ensure the successful adoption of solutions.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging automation trends.
- Flexible to rotational shifts, 5 days WFO
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Manage day‑to‑day challenges and communicate developmental risks with the technical team
