Position: Application Admin (CyberArk)

The Application Whitelisting Administrator will be responsible for creating and documenting application whitelisting policies to ensure approved applications can correctly execute while blocking unapproved application titles.

Responsibilities:
  • Create or modify existing policies in Cyber Ark based on new application requests.
  • Perform QA testing of new/updated policies.
  • Coordinate peer review validation with the Operations team.
  • Create and update policy documentation based on tech spec and business requirements.
  • Perform admin tasks to manage the application whitelisting policies put in place via Cyber Ark EPM.
  • Serve as consultant to Field Services and Operation when T2/3 need help troubleshooting failures to either allow or block application titles.
  • Manage list of EPM application policies to ensure alignment with EUC Approved Software list.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
