** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team as a Sr. Manager in Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of business processes. This role is critical in bridging the gap between IT and business units, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive business improvements.### Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, including business process models and use cases.
* Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
* Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
* Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
* Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.### Mandatory

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies.

* Experience in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications.

Qualifications:
