As a Network Engineer at Fiserv, you will help manage, optimize, and support network infrastructure that enables reliable, efficient business operations. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement network solutions, resolve complex technical issues, and improve network performance, availability, and operational practices.

What you’ll do Maintain and optimize network infrastructure to support business and operational objectives.

Develop, document, and implement network management procedures, standards, and policies.

Evaluate and integrate network technologies that improve performance, scalability, resiliency, and supportability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related incidents and problems.

Help maintain the integrity, availability, and reliability of network systems.

Monitor network performance, utilization, and capacity; identify trends and address potential issues proactively.

Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to implement solutions and resolve complex technical issues.

Experience you’ll need to have4+ years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
2+ years of experience with SAN/NAS administration or comparable networked storage frameworks.
2+ years of experience with backup and recovery systems and protocols.
2+ years of experience with cloud networking solutions or virtualization technologies.
2+ years of experience with network infrastructure technologies from providers such as Cisco, Juniper, or Arista.
2+ years of experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
6+ months of experience working with Fiserv platforms or technologies.

Important information about this role:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. How you’ll work

This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range $97,500.00 - $These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
