Affluent Personal Lines, Account Executive/Team Lead (Hybrid/Remote - White Plains, NY)

P&C Private Client Group (PCG/affluent lines) is a division of NFP Property & Casualty. We are a retail operation for affluent and wealthy individuals and families seeking personal lines products in the United States, parts of Europe, and Canada. Our headquarters are in New York City with offices across the country, specializing in insurance ranging from homeowners and auto to specialty lines, such as aircraft and watercraft.

Interactive & relationship driven. The Account Executive interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives. The Team Lead has supervisory responsibilities and acts as lead consultant and primary point of contact for assigned clients while supporting staff. The role is servicing, not new production.

• Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Work with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients.
• Maintain accurate client information to avoid E&O claims.
• Maintain a follow‑up system to ensure policies and endorsements are received.
• May supervise or direct daily activities of Coordinators and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact and client visits.

• Must have Personal Lines and High Net Worth/Private Client Group client coverage experience.
• P&C Account/Client Management experience with a retail brokerage or independent agency.
• Familiarity with major markets such as AIG, Chubb/ACE, PURE, Berkley One and Cincinnati.
• Highly professional, self‑motivated and excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; excellent written communication skills.
• Self‑confident independent decision‑making; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• As a Team Lead: supervisory or leadership experience with an acumen for developing staff.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. HS Diploma or GED required, any additional learning/certifications.
• Ideally more than 5 years Personal Lines industry and product line experience with extensive High Net Worth Account/Client Management experience.
• Experience with agency management system/CRM required; fluency with Epic a plus.
• Team Lead:
  Industry‑related supervisory, mentorship, and team lead experience.

• P&C Insurance License required upon hire.
• CIC, CPCU or other P&C designation preferred.
